Warranty Information:

We at The GrabletĀ seek to foster long-term relationships with our customers based upon open and honest communication with buyers and will always strive to satisfactorily correct any potential issues you might have with one of our products. We offer a LIFETIME limited warranty on all products sold. This warranty does not cover unauthorized modifications, misuse or abuse and external causes such as acts of nature. We warrant our products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship that result in failure during normal usage.

Returns & Refunds:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your new Grablet case and accessories. If you purchased a product directly from the website and are not happy with your purchase, it is our common policy to provide you a full refund. Items must be returned within 30 days of original purchase. All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you can request by contacting our customer support department.

All refunds will be made using your original method of payment. All other refunds are at the discretion of the individual retailer where the product was purchased.

LIFETIME Limited Warranty: The Grablet, LLC and its affiliated companies worldwide (The GrabletĀ) warrants our Grablet products against defects in material or workmanship for the lifetime of the product according to the product’s lifecycle. The Grablet does not warrant, and is not responsible for, any tablet case or other device made by anyone other than The Grablet. If a material or workmanship defect arises with regard to any The Grablet products, and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, The Grablet will (i) repair the The Grablet product using new parts or (ii) replace the The Grablet product with a new Grablet product. In the event of a defect, these are your exclusive remedies.

Exclusions and Limitations

Except for the limited warranty expressly set forth above or to the extent restricted or prohibited by applicable law, The Grablet expressly disclaims any and all other warranties express or implied, including any warranty of quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, and you specifically agree that The Grablet shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages for breach of any warranty of any type on this product. In addition to and without limiting the generality of the foregoing disclaimers, the limited warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover the replacement or cost of any electronic device or personal property inside or outside of the product.
